R.O: Having a clear vision is the only thing that keeps me going when the path gets hard. It is what allows me to motivate my staff and students to persist through the struggle.

R.O: I'm only motivated by big challenges… the types of challenges that can only be solved by coalition.

R.O: It means that you don't have to wait until you "make it" to begin looking for opportunities to create a way for others.
