C.C: For me, vision has always been more about seeing two to three steps ahead of where I currently am, and that vision is usually something others think is impossible or at the very least improbable. Having a vision allows me to look past the obstacles along the way and see my future success. Vision also prevents me from getting too comfortable in my current situation, and forces me to keep striving to be greater even in the midst of success.

Learn how he or she got where you want to go, and then take and apply that knowledge to create your own plan. Then go out and execute your plan. Those obstacles? Choose a route: over, under, around, or through. Just go and don’t stop.
